Reports: Mizuho Financial To Buy 2% Stake In BlackRock For $500 Mln

Japanese financial services provider Mizuho Financial Group Inc. (MFG) will buy a 2% stake in BlackRock Inc. (BLK) for $500 million, including shares sold by Bank of America Corp. (BAC), according to media reports on Thursday. Mizuho Financial is expected to make an announcement on the deal as early as Friday.view original article
