Motorola Sells Good Technology to Visto; Terms Undisclosed - Update
Mobile communications equipment maker Motorola, Inc. and privately
held mobile e-mail provider Visto, in a joint press release on
Monday, announced that Visto has entered into a definitive
agreement to acquire Motorola's e-mail unit, Good Technology. The
companies, however, did not reveal the terms of the deal, but said
