WSJ: Capital One Makes Early Bid For HSBC's U.S. Card Business

Credit services firm Capital One Financial Corp. (COF) has made an early bid for HSBC Holding Plc's (HBC, HSBA.L) U.S. credit card portfolio, the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
