  • Before the Market Open - W.W. Grainger: Analysts expect EPS of $1.38 on sales of $1.64 billion for the industrial supply company.
  • Before the Market Open - J.P. Morgan Chase: The first big bank stock to report. Dimon & Co. is expected to report 64 cents a share on $26.47 billion in revenue.
  • After the Close - Yum! Brands: KFC and Pizza Hut parent is expected to post 53 cents a share on $2.26 billion in sales.

Economics:

  • 8:30 a.m. ET - March retail and food sales. The headline number is expected to rise 1.3%, the ex-autos figure is expected to rise 1.6%.
  • 8:30 a.m. ET - March Consumer Price Index. The headline and core numbers are both expected to tick up 0.1%.
