Effective 23 June, 2010, FX Solutions Australia will become a trading name of a newly incorporated Australian entity City Index Australia Pty Ltd.

City Index Australia Pty Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, under the new business number ACN 141 774 727 AFSL 345646 effect, 23 June 2010.

This will have no effect on your customers' accounts; they will not have to take any action. Clients will be notified today by FX Solutions letting them know of the newly incorporated entity and that no action is required on their part. If you have any questions, please email ib@fxsol.com.
