FX trading costs have a lot in common with radon gas levels inside your home both can go undetected and, if overlooked, both can have serious consequences.

Even though the housing market isn't what it used to be, you and your spouse have decided it's time to sell your dwelling. Though this has been "home" for nearly 10 years, it's finally time to move to a new neighborhood and better school system for your kids.

You consult with a local realtor to get an idea of what your home might be worth in the current market (and prepare yourself to be disappointed). The realtor, ever eager to earn her 6 percent, asks a barrage of questions: How many square feet? How many bedrooms, baths, garage spaces? What's the lot size? You know, standard operating procedure. But one of the last questions she asks trips you up: "Do you have a radon remediation system in place?"
